Description
Pumpernickel Bread. The dark, rustic cousin of rye. Soft and dense and made from coarse rye meal, this is a very distinctive bread. A great compliment to soup and wonderful with dips.
INGREDIENTS
wheat flour (niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), coarse rye meal, water, burnt caramel, caraway seeds, yeast, salt.
